GTR77 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registration by or for any person under 21 is prohibited. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player may hold only one registered account on GTR77. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
All account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted but converted to MYR at the prevailing rate upon receipt.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Misuse of promotional offers — including bonus abuse or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
GTR77 requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID such as a MyKad or passport.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GTR77's operating jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism specified in Section 16 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with GTR77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
GTR77 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to have been registered by or for a person under 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited to such accounts will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts wagered. GTR77 may report such incidents to relevant authorities where required.
Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) Account only on the GTR77 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, contact email address, and mobile number. GTR77 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. GTR77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify GTR77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
GTR77 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. GTR77 may request additional supporting documents (such as proof of address or source of funds) at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting GTR77 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and these Terms. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.
GTR77 accepts deposits through the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/TC and Tether/USDT).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods, with a minimum of RM50 for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier — please refer to the cashier section of the Platform for current limits.
All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time the deposit is received and confirmed on the blockchain. GTR77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All funds deposited to GTR77 are held in accordance with the Company's financial management procedures. Deposits are for the purpose of gaming only and do not bear interest. GTR77 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification has been successfully completed. GTR77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership.
DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 3–6 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
As a general rule, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. GTR77 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable. All withdrawal methods must be registered in the Player's own name.
Minimum withdrawal amount isRM50. Maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account VIP tier. Players with higher VIP tier status benefit from elevated withdrawal limits. GTR77 reserves the right to apply additional due diligence procedures for large withdrawal amounts.
GTR77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the Platform, and to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (typically between 10x and 20x) is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate.
While Bonus Funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit of RM300 per round or spin applies unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winings at GTR77's sole discretion.
Bonus Funds that are not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the specified expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation depending on the promotion) will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice. The expiry window for each promotion is specified in the applicable terms.
GTR77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, GTR77 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and pursue recovery of any amounts paid out as a result of abusive activity.
GTR77 operates a range of gaming verticals including slot machines, live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and esports), poker, bingo, and lottery. Each game category is subject to its own specific rules as displayed within the relevant game interface or sports betting markets.
All games utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee outcomes individual sessions.
GTR77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or where incorrect odds or game parameters were displayed due to a platform fault. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, GTR77 reserves the right to withold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player after deducting any amounts owed to GTR77, provided that the Player has not engaged in fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of GTR77.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTR77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
GTR77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
GTR77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the GTR77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
GTR77 is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable data protection legislation. Your data will not be sold to third parties. We may share data with regulated third-party payment processors and identity verification services as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.
GTR77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, GTR77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request the closure of your Account.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the GTR77 Platform, you must contact GTR77 Customer Support in the first instance to attempt resolution. GTR77 commits to investigating all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with GTR77 Customer Support, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution procedure specified by GTR77's operating authority, prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GTR77's operating jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
